Coffees
The Cup List
Yirgacheffe Konga
Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia · Washed
Bright, clean, properly floral — the cup most people order on a second visit. We rotate the lot every twelve weeks.
Kochere Anaerobic
Kochere, Ethiopia · Anaerobic natural
Funky. Bring a friend who claims they don't like coffee — this one will surprise them.
Hartmann Geisha
Boquete, Panama · Honey
Our occasional showpiece. Limited to twelve cups a day. Brewed exclusively as a slow pourover.
House Espresso · Verdant Blend
Colombia + Ethiopia · Washed blend
The flat-white pull, dialed for milk. Heavy body, a long fruit finish that holds up to oat.
Single-source Matcha
Uji, Japan · First flush · stone milled
Vibrant, low astringency, very small batches. Whisked with a chasen, never pre-blended.
Wines
The Bottle List
Frappato
Frappato · Sicily, Italy · 2023
Naturally-fermented, low sulphur. Light enough for a hot evening, with proper structure on the second sip.
Pét-Nat Rosé
Pinot Noir · Gamay · Loire Valley, France · 2024
Frothy, cloudy, alive. We open three bottles every Friday at 18:00; when they're gone they're gone.
Skin-contact Pinot Gris
Pinot Gris · Friuli, Italy · 2021
Macerated 16 days on its skins. Amber, savoury, properly cult. The slow last-pour of the night.
Etna Rosso
Nerello Mascalese · Sicily, Italy · 2022
Etna's signature: thin-skinned, mineral, faintly smoky. A wine to drink slowly with the room going dark.
